'We Are Indians! You Don’t Worry'

Shortly after the attacks, Kher received a video from his cousin Sunil Kher, who lives in Jammu. The moment felt tense, so Kher quickly called to check if Sunil and his family were safe. Taking to X he said, “My cousin brother Sunil Kher sent this video from his home in Jammu. I immediately called and asked if he and his family were okay. He laughed a little proudly and said, ‘Bhaiya! We are in India! We are Indians. Our protection is being taken care of by the Indian Army and Mata Vaishno Devi. You don’t worry. Anyway, we’re not letting a single missile touch the ground here.’ Jai Mata Di! Bharat Mata Ki Jai!"
‘Operation Sindoor Is the Proof’

Kher, who often speaks up on matters of national pride, had earlier praised the Indian forces and the government’s response to the Pahalgam attack. Speaking to ANI, he strongly supported Operation Sindoor and said, “Operation Sindoor is the proof that anyone who dares to threaten us will face a strong response."
